I have 4 people registed for this program already. The goal is to have 10 people registered by September 1st.

Thanks to everyone for feedback on the last graphic. Here's an updated one, which should also give everyone a better clue about what we are doing.

This program will also give us some fertile ground to test the ability of online affiliate advertising to drive attendance for events. Events are so foreign to publishers and ad networks. And affiliate advertising online is foreign to most people planning and promoting events. I haven't had luck selling the concept as of yet. (I also haven't been talking to the right prospects - ones with ad budgets.) Regardless, I need a good case study to demonstrate the ROI.

What better way to get a case study than to eat our own dog food.  Our program is online, so geography isn't important. And our targets are well defined. We can afford to give a healthy bounty to affiliates that refer registrants.  And the program is ongoing, so we can scout out the best affiliates and weed them out over time. So, we should walk away with a good case study to show potential clients how online advertising can be used to effectively market an event.
