Great article on trade show marketing that Auren Hoffman pointed to.
A huge market. Virtually zero software providers offering this service. I'd like to do more of this: help companies market to their customers and prospects - that they will be present at a trade show. How many companies actually do that? Using email marketing? Using direct mail? Phone calls? etc? Probably not many.
They spend a bazillion dollars on the booth, travel, etc. Then, hope that the right people will come to it.
Get people to it:
1. Market beforehand with WhizSpark.
2. Market at the event with crazy performer dudes. (I know all 3 of those people. I'd endorse their work too, if you are in the market for an edutainer at your next trade show exhibit.)
Speaking of trade shows. I should have taken my free pass and went to this. So jealous.
Soon, I'll get to jetset around to these meet and greet geek parties.
