I know Andrew hates it when designers are expected to do work for free, in exchange for a chance to make money. "Designers have to eat too" - is the rational. I'd agree.
Hey Henry: Go sell some ads on your unused inventory. Maybe I'll pay you if I like your ad the best.
(Oh. I want the $300 if you are a designer and I am the one that referred you.)
