This is my last post for the day. I've been checking out myspace recently. I joined and had about 50 local acquaintances join my friend network inside of a day. Just posted it in a forum. Everyone is there. It is amazing. And what is more amazing is that: I didn't send one email invitation.
We will be relaunching a website for one of the biggest music festivals in the country this week. I plan to integrate myspace into it somehow. At the minimum, we'll be creating a myspace acct and encouraging people to hook up to it. And we'll use the myspace bulletin feature to drive traffic. Should be an interesting experiment. I will monitor traffic and report back.
Meanwhile, their music section is hopping. There is some great indie acts and unsigned acts on there. Been playing this one.
