Feedback Marketing Part II

Colin at CanuckFlack asks are companies ready for *Bad* feedback. As a  guy that runs a company, I prefer criticism over praise. Praise has no purpose. Criticism provides a path to improvement. It is, of course, important to respond to criticism in an open, humble, not- defensive, transparent fashion.

Of course, I am probably in the minority on this viewpoint or practice. Sorta justifiably so, as I represent a startup with a brand to build -- not a brand [or significant revenue] to protect. So, if you are a big company, I wouldn't look here for advice. Maybe give Steve Rubel a call.
