Be on someone's list of people/companies to watch in 2005.
Build a board of advisors of people we know locally and people I know from the blog world.
Get one advisor that can help us make that happen. Hint! Hint!
Launch tools for event planners, promoters, venues, etc so that they can build event websites by themselves.
Have atleast 50 nightlife customers and 50 non-profit customers that use aforementioned web tools to harness the power of online social networks for their events on a regular basis.
Unite the efforts of all the people interested in making the "events:calendars::blogposts:aggregators" dream a reality.
Launch a system that rocks the event world, like adsense is rocking the advertising world and enabling people to build interesting businesses and generate revenue from doing what they enjoy.
Get into the business event (seminars, conferences, trade shows) business in a major way.
Get into the local travel business in a major way.
Do the event website for this event next year. + the exhibitor's websites.
Partner with local event planners nationally. Develop a national loosely affiliated network of event planners that use our service for their events, as well as to carry out nationally organized/syndicated events.
Partner with local media companies and advertising agencies to resell and service WhizSpark services.
Partner with several major online media or up and coming media companies to drive revenue for them from events without requiring them to conduct/plan their own events (unless they want to).
[Help] Develop an idea like beercasting, 52 card pickup events, Charity Benefit Texas Hold 'em Tournaments, Best Bar Billiard Tournaments, FreeAgent, Liquor-Tasting-Professional and/or Entertainment/Ad/Media Networking Events into a national string of regularly occuring (or annual) events.
Get 10 more interns.
Hire a local salesperson (New England).
Hire a CEO.
Hire a product manager.
Hire a sales manager.
Land major venture funding?
Develop a sales force.
